The width is narrower then expected. Normally not an issue for me however for these it is.Well, I wore these to a wedding and did some dancing in them at the after party. The tongue is stiffer and it really dug into the slope of my foot, so bad that it was still a mark there a week and a half later. I noticed red rub marks around the top of my feet as well... not so happy and I'll be looking for another pair of shoes. I will return if they let me, but they did get scuffs and are now worn for an evening. I do not recommend for a night at a wedding with dancing, you'll be hurting the next day.I wear a Size 17D so i'm quite limited. I'm going to be looking for something with softer leather in the tongue and that I can wear all day if need be. I don't wear dress shoes often, but i'm going to be comfortable in my shoes when I do. It was worth a try for the price... just didn't pay off for me.Also not a fan of the extended "box" toe, it made my big feet look huge... Don't normally write negative reviews, just thought it might help the bigfoot population!Godspeed!Was looking for large sized (16) shoes to wear for smooth dance practice. Unfortunately, felted dance shoes of that size must be hand made. We opted for this pair of shoes and plan to have them felted in the future. They are currently being used for practice and do a good job. They are comfortable, true to size, and don’t pinch or rub. Would buy again.This was a good find at the last minute for a wedding. I would have preferred a wider fit but the shoe size did work out okay. It was a matte finish instead of glossy, so it could work with other outfits. It will be interesting to see how the shoe performs over time.Love this shoe. My son is a 3.5, normally I would get him a 4 and it would be ok. The size 3 fits him just fine with growing room. Looks nice, good price. I would recommend this shoe.Style is a little dated with boxed toe. Good news is you can get wide sizes.I really looked everywhere for white shoes for my husband, and no one had his size. Thank you for having his size at an affordable price!should have gotten larger sizeGreat shoes for the price. Same as the ones they were renting in Vancouver, BC except they charge $30 Canadian per rental.
