This dress is honestly so gorgeous. I had reservations as I've never ordered a formal online so I was worried it wouldn't fit, wouldn't look like the picture, etc.Anyway, I'm usually a size 0-2 in dresses, I'm 5'4", 32B, and about 115 lbs. I ordered the size 4 because it was the smallest they carried in the color Mint and I figured I'd just get it altered, However, the 4 fit almost perfectly; the top is perfect and the skirt is only about a centimeter too large in my waist (24") but it's nothing another hook and eye closure can fix! That being said, I'd say definitely order a size up.Now, onto the beading. I was worried from the online photo that the beading would look cheap and be falling off when it arrived, but it was so gorgeous. The jewels and sequins used for the beading are iridescent and so sparkly and high class looking and nothing has fallen off. The mint color is a little bit darker and turquoise-y than pictured but as I look terrible in light mint green, I'm extremely grateful for this and was actually hoping it wasn't so light.The skirt is very flowy and long, I even had little girls tell me I looked like a Disney princess. There are four layers of fabric, two linings, one silk and the chiffon skirt on top of that. This creates the effect of iridescence in the top chiffon fabric. Also, the skirt is not ombré dad it looks in the picture, but that's nothing to fuss about for me. The skirt will need to be steamed as it has wrinkles in it fromh the shipping, but that's to be expected.Thank you Meier for your excellent craftsmanship and I'm definitely ordering from you again!
